The top part of a sash window fell down, a broken mechanism but not broken glass. I contacted six firms in order to have it repaired, but to no avail. The representative from CR Smith said that he had not come across a system like it, stating that they were unable to repair the window. Finally, I came across Dynafit, where Gary, on the other hand, took on the challenge, quickly discovering that the problem was caused by broken springs. He sourced replacement springs then fitted them. Gary was a true professional, polite, punctual, tidy and a master of his craft. I was so fortunate to discover this gem. I would, unreservedly, recommend Gary.
